Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Crock pot beef stroganoff is another variation of Stroganoff dish. The only difference lays in its method of preparation. Basically it’s not fast-made dish, because it requires at least 4 hours, much attention and efforts, but at the end it promises a unique taste which of course worths it. The zest of such kind of Stroganoff is the method of cooking in the crock pot. Meat becomes tastier and softier in crock pot while being cooked there over the low heat. It gets delicious and special taste together with seasoning and other additional ingredients.
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe:
For preparing: 20 min, For cooking: 320 min, Servings: 8
3 lb. of beef round steak, Half cup of flour, 2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of dround black pepper, Half tsp of dry mustard, A cup of sliced and separated into rings onions,
2 cans of sliced mushrooms, 1 can of beef broth, Less than half cup of white wine, 1,5 cup of sour cream, Less than half cup of flour.
Firstly cut the meat into thin slices. Then, mix the seasonings like salt and pepper with dry mustard together and coat the slices of meat into it.
Afterwards, place the floured meat slices into the crock pot, then add one layer of onion rings and then mushrooms. Add the beef broth and wine and cover it for cooking for about 8-10 hours. Before serving just mix flour with the sour cream and add into the crock pot.
