Protein Diet with Beef

The main ingredients for this diet considered to be beef, fish, cheese, eggs and curd. All this ‘’famous among many people’’ products are involved in this diet. Pay attention to the beef, and don’t avoit its usage while keeping this diet. The authors of this diet suggest the usage of fruits as well. Apples, buttered and a little fried carrots, cabbage, juices, all this delicious food have its participation in the process of getting rid of the excess weight. The menu of the diet is interesting and various. As the food in the diet is delicious so it will be very easy to follow it for 12 days, as it is meant for 2 weeks.

2nd day

Dinner: salad from fresh vegetables, fried or boiled fish

Dinner: apples, vegetable marrow fried in vegetable oil
Supper: 22 g of beef, 2 eggs, salad from fresh cabbage in vegetable oil
4th day
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: 1 egg, 15 g of cheese, salad from carrots with vegetable oil
Supper: fruits
5th day
Breakfast: 3 grated carrots with lemon juice
Dinner: bif fried or simmered fish, tomato juice (200 g)Supper: fruits

Dinner: salad from cabbage and carrots, boiled chicken
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs, a cup of grated carrots with butter

Dinner: fruits, 200 g of beef
Supper: any supper from the ingredients

Breakfast: tea
Dinner: fruits, 200 g of beef
Supper: any supper form the ingredients
9th day:
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: salad from carrot and cabbage, half of boiled chicken
Supper: 2 hard boiled eggs, a cup of grated carrot with butter
10th day
Breakfast: grated carrots with lemon juice
Dinner: big simmered or fried fish, 200 g of tomato juice
Supper: fruits
11th day
Breakfast: black coffee with a cracker
Dinner: 1 egg, 3 big carrots with butter, hard cheese
Super: no supper
12th day
Breakfast: black coffee with a cracker
Dinner: apples, zucchini fried in vegetable oil
Supper: no supper
If you follow the rules you can lose 3-5 kg of excess weight during one week.
