Beef Stroganoff with pasta
How to cook pasta with the meat in sauce:

Beat the meat and cut into thin slices (with about 2,5 cm in length). Put it on a paper towel, salt and pepper it. Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add half part of the meat to the oil and let it fry there till its readiness (about 3-4 minutes on each side). Replace the fried ready meat in a medium sized bowl and fry the rest of the meat in the same way.

Pour the remaining olive oil into the same skillet in which the meat was cooked and let it get warm. Add in the preheated skillet the mushrooms with onion and add ½ of teaspoon of salt. Fry the mass for about 8 minutes till the completely evaporation.

Sprinkle the skillet with the flour and fry it for about 30 seconds.
Gradually pour the broth into the skillet, and then do the same with brandy, replace the meat again in the same skillet. Bring the mass to boil, cover it and simmer over the low heat for about 30-35 minutes.

Put the pasta in a frying pan, cover and cook it with the meat, blend it periodically ( for about 10-15 minutes). Turn the heat off, add the lemon juice with sour cream. Salt and pepper the mixture of meat and pasta to your liking.
Serve pasta with meat at once.
