Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Mix all the ingredients except the sour cream, mustard, flour and water in a separate bowl and cook for about 8-10 hours over the low heat. Then, when it’s ready remove the bay leaf. Another step is to mix together the sour cream, flour and water and then add one cup of the hot liquid from the crockpot into the mixture of sour cream and blend it well. Add this mixture back into the crockpot and again mix it well. Cover the crockpot and cook for another 20-30 minutes until it becomes bubbly and only then you can try tasting it. If everything is ok serve it with egg noodles.
