Ground beef Stroganoff with Potato

Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms, onion with garlic and cook the mixture over the medium heat for 10 minutes. Then add ¾ cup of water and reduce the heat. After 2 minutes add half-and-half, sour cream and remove t from the heat. By the time when the mixture is put aside, brown the beef for about 5 minutes. Take the beef out from the frying pan and add to the mixture with mushrooms. Season it and serve with marshed potatoes and parsley.
