Ground Beef Stroganoff with Red Wine2016-01-23
Cook the pasta as you use to do it. Brown the onions and garlic in a frying pan for a few minutes. Cook the meat until it gets fully golden-browened. Season with above mentioned seasonings stirring the dish from time to time. Pout in the red wine. Note that it makes a huge difference in flavor but if you are free to use beef broth instead of it. Then, add thyme with mushrooms and cook till its readiness.
Then pour the beef broth and mix in the sour cream. Simmer the mixture stirring it from time to time ( fot about 5-7 minutes ).
Mix the sauce with ready pasta and if you like it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
