Mushroom Beef Stroganoff2016-01-31
Fry the circle-sliced onions in 2 table spooons of oil until they get browned. Slice the mushrooms and add them into the onions to fry. Meanwhile, slice the beef into thin slices and when the juice of the mixture with onions evaporates add it into the frying pan and increase the heat. When the meat is coloured, add the flour with bay leaves and then pour in the cream. Season it with salt and pepper. Serve with side dish.
