Russian Beef Stroganoff

Fry the beef cubes in the butter. Then add the onion and fry until the mixture gets browned. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 20 minutes stirring it from time to time. Add the flour and mix for one minute with the addition of beef broth, cream , sour cream and mustard. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat off, return the beef to pot to coat with the sauce. IN the end, sprinkle with parsley and seasoning. Serve with the additional dishes.
