Russian Beef Stroganoff

Cut the beef into thin slices, dust in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and put it aside. Fry the garlic combined with the onions in a frying pan for about 6 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and go on frying until the mass gets golden brown colouring. Then fry the beef over the low heat from all sides. Add the garlic with mushrooms, paprika with mustard. Mix it all well and pour the cognac and keep it reduce the heat for 2 minutes. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes and take it from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with additional dish.
