Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoof with Beer

Fry in the oil shallots until they get browned. Remove them from the heat and add to the slow cooker. Fry the beef for about 5 minutes and add the flour, mix it well. Pour in the beer and bring to boil. Then replace the beef and beer mixture into the slow cooker. Fry the onions for a few minutes and then add the garlic with the bacon strips and cook for another 2 minutes. Add it to the slow cooker as well. Do the same with the mushrooms and in the end season the whole mixture. Cover it and leave to cook for 5 hours.
